At its core, the Transit Stow Step is built from powder-coated aluminum for lightweight strength without compromise, paired with corrosion-resistant stainless steel hardware designed to withstand the elements in this highly exposed area. Two front-facing, open compartments deliver additional storage right where you need it — ideal for recovery gear, tools, or stashing your shoes before jumping in. A 15A UL-listed 120VAC outlet turns your step into a charging station or power hub, whether you're parked at a campsite or on a job site. The Transit Stow Step is intentionally designed to extend your step entry support platform for cabinetry while keeping installation as streamlined as possible, utilizing the Ford Transit's factory entryway. It is compatible with the Ford Transit 148" wheelbase. Your vehicle must have the factory Transit entry scuff plate installed (Ford Part No. CK4Z-6113228-AG — available here). Note: slight modification to the plastic entryway may be required to sit flush on an aftermarket floor — typically trimming a few plastic pins or supports. All Serg Supply Transit floor kits are fully compatible with this system. The Stow Step ships with all mounting hardware and detailed installation instructions.
