Special Edition – Oblica olive oil, limited small batch, 500 ml

Every year, before the actual harvest, the owners walk through the groves and select the trees whose fruit ripens first. These fruits are used to create the Special Edition in a separate, small pressing. That is why it is a different oil every year. The current vintage is made from Oblica and Bjelica, two native varieties of the region, and combines a robust structure with clear, upright fruitiness. Because the quantity depends on the selection of trees rather than on demand, the series is limited. Once it is gone, it is gone, and the next vintage will taste different. Available exclusively in the 500-millilitre bottle.
