One of the most splendid features of Art Nouveau design is to take natural forms and flatten then into abstract, sinuous lines. This beautiful pendant brings to mind flowering vines, with graceful platinum lines inset with numerous old cut diamonds totally approximately .7 carats. Dating to circa 1900-15 during the Edwardian era, this authentic antique pendant makes a wonderful addition to any jewelry collection. Perfect for a wedding or as a stunning statement piece. Set in a period fitted case - it most likely was originally a brooch but brooch fittings have been removed. Will need an additional bale to fit most chains. Unmarked except for bench mark "75 W." but tests as platinum. Dimensions: Pendant measures 7 cm (2.75 inches) in length and 1.2 inches in diameter at the widest. Weight: 6.9 grams Condition Report: Pendant is in very good antique condition. Diamonds are of various cuts, clarity and color. Some with visible inclusions under 20x magnification. Minor nicks to reverse of the metal commensurate with age and use. Additional photos and videos available upon request. All items are eligible for free domestic shipping!
