Barbaresco Basarin 2018

This critically acclaimed cru Barbaresco from Marina Marcarino, one of Barbaresco's first women winemakers, and the first to farm biodynamically, is luxuriously complex and elegant. A mature nose of truffle, black cherry, blackberry and woodsy spice aromas and flavors open the wine, and wash across the palate with hints of chocolate, dried roses, herbs, and leather. This is a beautiful wine at its peak deliciousness.
