Yambrasbamba
Yambrasbamba is a community in the Alto Mayo protected forest in Northern Peru. Coffees from this broad region have been favorites of ours for a while and serve as the backbone of our espresso blend for roughly half of each year. This coffee is full-bodied, with lots of walnut and caramel. 1,800-1,900 MASL. Washed process. Typica and Caturra varieties. Imported by Red Fox Coffee Importers.
