The 2024 Pouilly-Fuissé is hand-harvested from ancient limestone and marl soils before undergoing extended lees ageing to build texture, complexity and depth. The nose is beautifully expressive, revealing notes of honey, dried apricot and subtle citrus blossom. The palate is silky yet remarkably precise, with layers of ripe orchard fruit framed by vibrant acidity and a striking mineral backbone. Elegant and refined, it finishes with exceptional length and finesse.
