2024 Selection Massale Pinot Gris
Tasting note A luscious but dry Pinot Gris with fruit weight, aromatics and texture. Vinification The wine was inoculated with a cultured yeast and fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel tank to retain aroma and purity of fruit. No malolactic fermentation, the wine was aged on lees for 12 months prior to filtration before bottling. Certification Sustainable. Vegan.
