Rare Lloyd Loom and Oak Garden Room Armchair C1930

We have a very rare 1930s Lloyd Loom armchair often referred to as “Zeppelin chairs” as they were apparently made for luxury airship travel. We love the design and shape of this with the smart use of oak incorporated into the armchair. It possesses some charming historic wear in the right places and like most Lloyd Loom chairs it's so pleasant to sit in. As mentioned, the condition of the heavy frame and loom is highly original with a little break at the lower rear, stable and not a concern. The separate seat cushion which sits above the original springs is perfectly usable but you may wish to replace it with a fabric of your choice - please let us know when ordering and we will assist. Clean and ready for placing. Paper makers label and date stamp to underneath of seat.
