The VA-GIP-H265-8MP-20GC-P is an 8MP industrial IP camera developed for network-based industrial imaging, OEM equipment and machine integration. The camera can alternatively be powered using 12 V DC and has a specified power consumption of only 2.5 W. You should not assume it is protected against water, rain, splashes, or washdown Industrial IP camera with 8MP resolution The camera uses an 8.29 MP, 1/2.8" CMOS rolling-shutter sensor with 1.45 µm pixels. It produces colour images at a maximum resolution of 3840 × 2160 pixels. At its maximum resolution, the camera supports frame rates from 1 to 20 fps. When a higher frame rate is required, it can deliver up to 30 fps at 2880 × 1620, 2560 × 1440 or 1920 × 1080. Efficient simultaneous video streaming Three simultaneous video streams are supported, allowing different resolutions, frame rates or compressed video streams to be used within the same network-based imaging system. The camera supports H.265+, H.265, H.264 and MJPEG compression. These formats help reduce the bandwidth and storage required for high-resolution video transmission. Flexible C/CS-mount optics Unlike an IP camera with integrated optics, the VA-GIP-H265-8MP-20GC-P uses a C/CS-mount. This allows the lens to be selected according to the required field of view, working distance and resolution. The selected C/CS-mount lens should provide an image circle suitable for at least the camera’s 1/2.8" sensor format. Advanced imaging controls The camera sensor provides ≥100 dB Wide Dynamic Range together with 2D and 3D noise reduction, helping maintain usable image detail under challenging lighting conditions. Exposure and gain can be controlled automatically or manually. Additional controls include automatic and manual white balance, adjustable white-balance scene and style settings, image mirroring and image flipping.
