Focus on the mid-lengths and ends where hair is most damaged. Leave on for 5–10 minutes to allow the treatment to penetrate the hair shaft. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. For very damaged hair, use once or twice per week for best results. OR apply to damp hair before you shampoo and condition, and leave on for 10 minutes.
