WaterBoost installation, by the people who build it. Our own engineers fit WaterBoost systems across Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire — connected, commissioned, app set up and walked through before we leave. No finding a plumber, no explaining the product to someone who’s never seen one. Every installation starts with a five-minute photo survey. You send us the space, the incoming main and the nearest socket; we come back within one working day with a fixed price and available dates. If the survey shows the space won’t take the system, we say so and help you choose one that will — no charge. Start with the photo survey Three photos, a tape measure and your postcode. Pipework beyond 3 m, making good to walls and floors, lifting above a single storey, Category 5 backflow arrangements and removal of an old system are quoted separately if you need them — just say so on the survey. Five minutes on your phone. 3 — Fixed price Within one working day we confirm the price and offer dates. Pay by secure link once you’re happy. 4 — We fit it Our engineer arrives in a two-hour window, installs, commissions and sets up the app. 5 — Done Before-and-after photos to your phone, and a guarantee on our work. Outside the four counties? We still supply and advise, and every WaterBoost system is designed to be fitted by any competent plumber — the data sheet and manual on each product page have everything they need. Cancellations within 48 hours of the booked date are charged at the travel rate.
