The C-8578 Polyamide Hot Melt Glue Sticks are a high-performance industrial polyamide hot melt adhesive designed for demanding bonding applications where strong adhesion and heat resistance are important. As our most similar polyamide adhesive to 3M™ 3779, this formulation provides reliable bonding performance in applications exposed to elevated temperatures, with a 311°F softening point. Formulated in a 1" x 3" PG configuration, C-8578 is designed for use in 3M™ PG II Hot Melt Applicators and other compatible high-temperature PG glue guns, providing consistent flow and clean application in production settings.
