KS–Vac–Series

The Linn High Temp Vacuum Furnace – KS-VAC-Series is designed for efficient and rapid heating cycles, offering three versatile models to meet varying thermal processing needs. The first type is a vacuum-tight hot-wall furnace suitable for fast cycles with vacuum operations up to 400°C. The second model enhances performance with an Inconel muffle, allowing vacuum processes up to 600°C. For demanding applications, the third variant features a cylindrical Inconel muffle, supporting vacuum operations up to 900°C. Each model boasts superior insulation with refractory light stones on the side walls and bottom, backed by micro-porous insulation, while the roof is lined with ceramic fibre boards. The heating system utilizes metal alloy spiral heaters strategically placed in insulation notches, ensuring efficient and uniform temperature distribution. Accurate temperature measurement is achieved through a Type K thermocouple housed in a ceramic protection tube. This series is engineered for the best ratio of space requirement and useful volume, delivering heating up to 1000°C in less than an hour. Standard safety controllers guarantee reliable and secure operation. The Linn High Therm KS-VAC-Series is ideal for industries demanding precision and efficiency in thermal processing.
