When cut, moisture overflows from the stems — fresh, juicy, and filled with a bright, green scent. For our seasonal series, we receive Rawan Butterbur harvested at the height of its season, when its fragrance is at its richest. Every drop of juice held in the stems is carefully pressed and used in full, so that nothing is wasted.
