HOW TO USE 5 different flavors, each with a different top allergen. For first introductions, serve one new flavor per day. After that, begin mixing flavors so that you can serve each flavor twice a week to follow the latest studies. Our One Month Kit is divided by weeks to keep you on track. Keep up with the Allergen Training Program for at least 3 months, but studies show the longer you are consistent with allergens the better in these early years while your child’s immune system is developing. Inside the One Month Kit are 40 packets - 10 packets per week to last you 4 weeks. To serve rip open the packet and spoon out all the ingredients into a bowl and stir well with a few teaspoons of water or breastmilk, or anything else you'd like to serve it with. Serve weekly with yogurt to get that milk allergen in, with all the good microbes that comes with fresh yogurt. You can stir the Allergen ImmunoButters in a bit of breastmilk or water and serve straight up too. Feel free to mix with smoothies, add to oatmeal, combine with fruit purees like pear, or spread on toast. We chose this butter format because the ways to enjoy are endless and ageless!
