The Derby with its elegant Norwegian split-toe seam in deep chestnut brown combines the sporty open Derby lacing with the character of a Norwegian. A shoe for smarter leisure wear that also holds its own in a smart-casual setting. Construction and material Goodyear welted in Spain, by a family-run manufacturer with over 50 years of experience. The leather is an oil-tanned cowhide from European tanneries. In this method the leather is steeped in natural oils for days so that it can absorb them. This makes the leather more weather-resistant and gives it its characteristic matt finish. The Derby lasts are made in the Austro-Hungarian tradition.
