Hand thrown in porcelain at the John Julian workshop in Wiltshire, UK, the Classical Cake Stand takes around a month to complete. The platform is hand thrown on the potters wheel and the top is then glazed. The elegant and sculptural base is also thrown on the wheel by one of our skilled potters. Each piece is fired separately and then the Cake Stand is fired together as a whole. Our Cake Stands are made to order with you in mind.
