Timbaktu Sama Mixture is a healthy, traditional, organic savoury snack made using little millet (Sama or Samai) by the Timbaktu Collective in AP. It offers a nutritious, chemical-free alternative to regular fried namkeen. These snacks are grown and processed by smallholder farmers using safe, chemical-free, regenerative organic methods. They features wholesome millets rich in dietary fiber, protein, and essential minerals.
