Microlot Single Origin Coffee This Red Honey processed microlot comes from Las Lajas Micromill in Costa Rica and was personally selected during our visit to the farm in February. After cupping more than a dozen coffees, this one immediately stood out for its layered fruit sweetness, balanced acidity, and light cocoa finish. The Red Honey process leaves a portion of the coffee's fruit on the bean during drying, contributing to a cup with vibrant fruit character, balanced sweetness, and a clean finish. We're excited to share this limited microlot as part of our summer lineup. Available in our cafés and online while supplies last.
