The heater is designed to surround the tray pack for efficient heating. Pull the activation tab. This releases the water onto the heating element and starts the flameless heating reaction. Wait approximately 15 minutes. The heater will generate heat and warm your meal without a flame, stove, microwave, or electrical outlet. Carefully remove the heated tray pack.
