Place Apollo in the microwave and heat for 30–60 seconds, depending on your microwave wattage and preferred warmth. 30 seconds for approximately 800–1000W 60 seconds for approximately 500–750W If additional warmth is needed, heat in 15-second increments, monitoring carefully.
