Vintage Murano Plafond Ceiling/Wall Lamp in White Swirl Glass with Original Label | Ø24 cm

A rare little Murano flush mount that still carries its original label – Murano Originale Garantito – on the glass. A lovely piece of provenance confirming the lamp was mouth-blown in Italy in the 1970s. The white opal glass has a soft swirl pattern, and at just Ø 24 cm it sits discreetly on ceiling or wall in smaller rooms – bathroom, hallway, walk-in or a niche. The original sticker makes it extra collectible. It has been fitted with a new cord, so it is ready to hang and use. As with all handmade Murano glass, every lamp is unique, with small variations in pattern, shape and the odd air bubble – traces of the mouth-blowing technique.
