“From the 2ha vineyard planted in 1999 and managed by Heroes. 10% whole bunches and matured in 30% new French hogsheads. A luminous green gold. An expressive bouquet of yellow fruits, grilled walnuts and marine scents. On the palate this is mouth-filling, in a good way, with the intensity of fruit balanced by the wine’s bright acidity. Finishes saline and long. Fermented: Whole bunch pressed and fermented with wild yeasts and 10% whole bunches in French oak hogsheads (30% new oak). Bottled: Without fining. Alc./Vol.: 13.5% Quantity: 200 cases.
