Rival J-Series Low Row Footplate (60x60mm)

The Rival J-Series Low Row Footplate attaches onto any J-Series rack upright to allow support when doing row based exercises. The footplate is adjustable using the top pop-pin to change the distance from the upright. You can get the perfect height to match you bench when performing rows by using any available hole on your rack. The footplate is textured for added grip, with steel thicknesses ranging from 3 to 6mm for superior strength and rigidity. UHMW plastic touch points on the interior of the bracket to prevent scratching you racks upright.
