From “CLEAR PATH,” a green coffee bean exporter that introduces products born from these new Colombian initiatives to the world, we have received a shipment of “Nectar Citrullus,” a rare product processed using a specialized method. The MONTEBLANCO farm is located in Huila, one of Colombia’s premier coffee-growing regions. The farm’s owner is Rodrigo Sánchez, who is known worldwide for introducing experimental new coffees. We are pleased to introduce “Nectar Citrullus,” a coffee finished using a unique processing method from this exceptional farm. Taste Notes Pineapple, Lemon candy, Tropical fruit, Banana, Camomile tea Nectar Citrullus Process Melon, watermelon, other citrus fruits, panela, sugar, and microorganisms that promote fermentation are added in a unique ratio, and the coffee beans undergo anaerobic fermentation for 180 hours until their pH and Brix levels match those of the added ingredients. It is then dried for 20 to 25 days to create this infused coffee.
