Wrought Iron Candelabrum Tree Design, Mid Century, Seven Candle Holder

Whimsical and naturalistically modelled, this candelabrum dates from the mid twentieth century and throws a perfect soft light when the seven candles are lit. The spikey boughs are interspersed with small berries. This works well as a Christmas tree and is both festive and stylish year-round. This was bought from the Estate of Henrietta Antony who (anecdotally) bought it from descendants of Honore Mercier after whom an infamous bridge is named.
