Real Fruit Jam, 350g

Real Fruit Jam is jam in a 350 g jar, made with equal parts fruit and sugar, 50 per cent of each, the maker says. Five varieties are listed: nectarine, plum, apricot, lime marmalade and lemon marmalade. The maker's FAQ gives a little more. It describes the jam as made the old-fashioned way from fruit pieces and cane sugar, with lemon juice in the apricot, and a smooth style made from fruit puree and sugar. It does not say which variety is which. The product page gives no serving suggestions or storage advice. This is the one Solarfruit line we list that is not dried fruit, so it has no sun-drying step.
