Whimsical Wall Decor Hedgehog Stuck on Its Back - Canvas Wall Art

This hedgehog has rolled halfway into a ball and landed on its back, and now it seems to be thinking it over. Four pink feet in the air, little claws spread, a pointed nose and dark round eyes peeking out with a look of mild surprise. Brooks Camden painted the quills as quick, sharp strokes of black, mustard, pink and teal that fan out like a burst, all set against a pale cream moon on a soft lavender purple ground. The whimsical wall decor charm comes from the details: the fluffy cream belly brushed in loose, layered lines, the faint blush on the cheeks, the scribbled shadow underneath with streaks of color, as if the paint couldn't sit still either. It's contemporary pop art with a sketchbook looseness, bold enough to read from across the room and fun to study up close. It's a good pick for anyone who collects whimsical animal wall art, loves hedgehogs, or just needs a reminder that getting stuck now and then is part of the deal. It makes an easy gift for a kid's room, a new apartment, or a friend who could use a laugh. As canvas wall art, it works as funny bathroom wall art above the towel bar, as funny bedroom wall art in a nursery or kid's room, or as a cheerful spot of colorful animal wall art in a hallway or reading nook where the purple can do its thing.
