Schnau Matcha

Our smoothest, highest quality matcha yet. Sweet, buttery and seriously umami. Okumidori is the kind of matcha that makes you pause after the first sip. Think buttery sweetness, deep umami and a forward nuttiness, with little to virtually none of that sharp, astringent edge. Smooth, rich and ridiculously easy to drink, it’s a great one for people who want their matcha full-bodied without the bitterness. Delicious whisked straight as a usucha (with just water), or with milk when you want something a little more decadent. Umami forward, nutty mid notes, rich umami and a sweet base note making it our smoothest matcha and all rounded matcha yet
