The company runs 71 washing stations, 11 dry mills and three farms across Sidama. Past Hamasho lots of the 74158 variety have shown floral, tropical and stone-fruit character — and this washed lot puts that clarity front and centre. The Process This lot is Washed: 🍒 Ripe cherry selection — Cherries are hand-picked and sorted 🔧 Pulping — The skin and fruit are removed 💧 Fermentation & washing — Remaining mucilage is broken down and washed away ☀️ Raised-bed drying — Dried slowly for a clean, stable bean The Cup Lemongrass and juicy pear lead, followed by white florals and a soft sugarcane sweetness.
