Antique 14 Kt Gold Ruby and Diamond Toi et Moi Ring

14 kt white gold with milgrain details. 1 old mine cut diamond 0.20 ct., I color, SI1 clarity. 1 round ruby, also about 0.20 ct. Marked "horse/fox head with letter W" Austro-Hungarian Empire, early 1900's. Two other blurry marks present, one is possibly a "585" mark. Total weight 2.3 g. (1.5 dwt). Ring size 8 1/4 with room for sizing.
