🆕 Colombia Luz Helena Salazar Pink Bourbon Washed (Filter)

Flavour: Lavender, Malt Sugar, Bergamot Producer: Luz Helena Salazar Farm: La Leona Region: Armenia, Quindio Process Method: Washed Varietal: Pink Bourbon Altitude: 1400-1450 masl Roaster’s Comment: This one was secretly recommended by the supplier, so we decided to throw it into the cupping alongside a few other Colombian coffees, including some that were supposedly “competition worthy.” And guess what? This Pink Bourbon from Luz Helena smacked our palate so hard. Super clean, floral and juicy, with just the right amount of everything. It really hits all the notes we’re looking for at Eternal. Definitely one of my highly recommended coffees from this year’s offerings!
