Platypod^® Basic+

A LITTLE MORE BASE. A LOT MORE POSSIBILITY. The Platypod Basic Plus is a 100 mm (4-inch) round black anodized aluminum base plate with an integrated 3/8"-16 steel mounting bolt, giving compact cameras, tablets, smartphones, and accessory setups a broader, more stable foundation without unnecessary bulk. Pair a Basic Plus with a Platyball Mini and Platypod TAB to create a compact, adjustable, tabletop support for tablets. Or pair it with Platyball Mini and a compact point-and-shoot camera for a small, stable camera support that’s easy to take anywhere. Basic Plus is also a perfect companion for a Platypod Grip or MagGrip, creating a broad, stable, tabletop base for your smartphone. For even more grip on your mounting surface, place a Platypod Mat beneath the Basic Plus to add nonslip stability while helping protect the surface underneath. Simple, solid, and remarkably versatile, Basic Plus gives your compact gear a little more room to stand.
