Your hands aren’t straight, so why should your keyboard be? KLOR is a split, column-staggered keyboard shaped around how fingers actually move. Its aggressive pinky stagger keeps the outer columns within easy reach, and the curved thumb cluster puts your most-used keys under your strongest digits. The Choc variant brings all of this to a slim, low-profile build that feels fast and keeps your wrists flatter, with no wrist rest needed. Why you’ll love it Truly ergonomic layout. Two independent halves let you position each hand at shoulder width, so your shoulders open and your wrists straighten. Column stagger follows your natural finger lengths. 42 keys, zero reaching. Each half has a 3×5. two extra outer pinky keys and a four-key thumb arc. Layers put numbers, symbols, navigation and media right on the home row. Low-profile Choc switches. This is the Choc low profile variant. I have plans to release the MX version shortly(can't wait? Message me and I can send a custom order and build it for you) OLED displays on both halves. See your active layer and modifiers at a glance, or show off a custom animation. Rotary encoders. A knob on each side for volume, scrolling, zooming, undo/redo, or anything you map to it. Let me tell you that these are the best knobs I have come across. They are very smooth when turning. Case design: I designed this case with a slight slope towards the back. This keyboard design has the microcontroller socketed under the PCB which causes the keyboard to sit higher. Underglow on every key, fully customizable, from subtle gradients to layer indicators. Fully programmable. Runs Vial, so you can remap any key, build layers, and add combos, tap-hold mods and macros without soldering. Optional Haptic Buzz: Add in some haptic buzz. This is an add-on module to vibrate the left half of your keyboard. You can add in a pulse on layer switch or warning buzz or anything you'd like. This will not change the look of the keyboard. Case colors: The base of the case is a darker gray with a black switch plate and a black metal encoder knob.
