Consuls Reserve 2024 Destemmed and kept as whole berries, the grapes were fermented in small tanks with punch-downs twice daily. After fermentation, the wine remained on the skins for 14 days before being basket-pressed into old 225-litre French oak barrels, where it matured for 12 months. Aromas of black cherry and vibrant red fruit are complemented by a hint of spice. Juicy tannins lead to an elegant finish.
