Tall Tea Infuser

This tall tea infuser makes the tea making and sharing easy. With long handles, it even rests across Bree's widest china teapot. The 9cm depth puts the basket down close to the bottom of the pot and gives ample space for up to 6 tsp of tea to expand beautifully. If giant mugs like our Botanical Collection are more your speed, you'll appreciate the width and depth of the infuser here too. And when the tea is on the table and the steeping done, the infuser's own lid acts as a convenient and beautiful drip tray so you can keep the conversation going, your pages turning, or your next row knitting. Caution: The infuser lid can get quite hot. Use a tea towel or serviette to keep your fingers safe! Caring for Your Tea Infuser Although the finish is vacuum-plated and won't come off, we recommend hand washing your infuser to keep it looking beautiful. Use a cloth and warm, soapy water. A quick dry with your favourite tea towel and it's ready for the next pot. If there are better things to do and the leaves have dried, a quick soak in warm water will loosen them up for easy cleaning.
