PRODUCT DESCRIPTION A high-performance silicone-based treatment spray specially formulated for tyre moulds and rubber moulding applications. It forms a smooth, uniform silicone film on mould surfaces to improve release, reduce rubber adhesion and help maintain mould cleanliness and surface quality. The treatment helps support consistent moulding performance and easier demoulding during repeated production cycles. Shake the can thoroughly before use. Hold the can approximately 20–30 cm from the mould surface. Spray a light, even and uniform coating over the required mould surface. Avoid excessive application. Allow the treatment film to settle/flash off before commencing moulding. Reapply as required depending on mould condition, rubber compound and production cycle. Use the minimum effective quantity necessary to achieve the desired release performance. Note: Optimum application frequency and quantity may vary depending on mould design, rubber compound, mould temperature and processing conditions.
