Dark oak frame - Wide (20 mm) - 24x30 cm

About the frame 24×30 cm (9.45 x 11.81 in) has a 4:5 ratio and is often used for art prints and photographs where the picture is a little wider than in the elongated formats. The wide frame in warm-glowing oak veneer gives the motif a warm, classic look that suits painting reproductions and black-and-white photos alike. The profile is 20×30 mm, and the glass and backing board measure exactly 24×30 cm, while the front covers 5 mm all the way round. The hanging fitting works vertically and horizontally. The veneer has an even surface with a gentle play of grain, giving a more predictable result than solid oak, and the tone is a shade lighter than our narrow dark oak. The frame comes with a stand, so it can sit on a shelf, a chest of drawers or a desk. Thanks to the hanger on the back, the frame can also be hung horizontally or vertically despite the stand – and if you would rather do without the stand, it can be snapped off without much effort. Glass - Acrylic glass (plexiglass) is light and shatterproof – a safe choice if the frame will stand where it could be knocked over, or hang in a child's room. It is crystal clear, with reflections just like standard glass. - Standard glass gives a sharp, clear image and is an obvious, affordable choice for a small format like 24×30 cm, if you don't mind light reflections in the glass. - If you want to reduce reflections and glare, we offer non-reflective glass, made from real glass, which ensures an even, clear view in all lighting conditions. It is slightly matte, though, so if your artwork has strong colours that should look their very best, choose one of the other glass types. - For the best presentation and extra protection we recommend museum glass, which is anti-reflective, crystal clear and offers 70% UV protection, helping to preserve the colours of your artwork for many years.
