Black florals on a deep, moody red, on a gown built for candlelight and a very long staircase. This is our Capri Floral on a red ground: chrysanthemums, peonies and curling leaves inked in black. It's a deep red, not a fire-engine one. In the shade it goes almost wine, and in full sun it glows like embers. On the Lucrezia, our renaissance gown, it's the most dramatic thing in the room, and it knows it. The neckline is a deep sweetheart. The sleeves are proper bishop sleeves, full through the arm and gathered into a cuff, so they billow every time you move. The skirt is a gathered circle that takes up a great deal of room, which is entirely the point. Two deep pockets hide in the seams, so it earns its spot in Thanks, It Has Pockets. Fully lined, with a back zip. Every print we sell is made by hand and exclusive to Pinup Girl, so you won't find this one anywhere else. Cut from a 95% poly, 5% spandex stretch crepe.
