Wholegrain Salted Ajwain Naankhatai (Eggless)

Shippable This is our riff on a super old school naankhatai that we would find in grocery shops, sitting in glass jars, on dusty counters while growing up. Sweet & salty, these would come in a shape of round balls with a hint of cumin or kalonji and would go down a treat with hot chai in the winters. We have chosen to use a mix of ajwain and kalonji here. Mildly sweet and salty, they are so good with a cup of tea or coffee. They are of course made with wholegrain flour, unrefined sugar and the best ingredients we can find. Hope you like it as much as we do. #eggless
