Deeply engraved Nebula Ripple machining gives this Herman Knives Slim a flowing, almost topographical appearance across its Grade 5 titanium handle. Raised contours follow the sweeping profile of the scales, while darker recessed channels create depth and definition without additional coatings or color. A hammered titanium pocket clip and matching backspacer introduce a contrasting texture, breaking up the repeating contours with a more organic surface. The 3.74-inch Böhler M390 drop-point blade features a flat grind, stonewashed finish, and distinctive hammered flats above the primary grind. Heat treated to 61 HRC, the blade maintains a clean, purposeful profile, with the textured flats providing another point of visual contrast against the intricate titanium engraving. A flipper tab provides convenient one-handed opening, supported by Herman’s proprietary ceramic caged bearing system. The Slim’s titanium inset liner lock incorporates a tungsten carbide insert and ceramic detent ball, while polished stainless steel pivot components and Herman’s proprietary T20 pivot system contribute to its precise mechanical operation. A dedicated titanium pivot tool is included for adjustments. At 8.78 inches overall and weighing 4.48 ounces, the Slim balances full-size dimensions with a relatively lightweight titanium construction. The Nebula Ripple engraving, hammered accents, and stonewashed M390 blade give this build a layered appearance that changes with the viewing angle. Individually numbered #0644 and produced September 29, 2026, this Slim was made in Poland by Bartosz Herman and includes its Herman presentation box, microfiber cloth, Pruciak Protector Glide oil, and dedicated titanium pivot tool.
