Empirical Symphony 6

A botanical spirit inspired by the aromas of citrus leaves and perfume ingredients. Add a new level of complexity to your gin-based cocktails. Try with an Empirical Symphony 6 & Tonic, or add a twist on a French 75. Symphony 6 comes from our fascination with the aromatic power of often underused leaves. Mandarin and lemon leaves bring bright acidity, coffee leaves add darker, leathery length, and fig leaves bring a green, earthy coolness. From the world of perfumery, we added black currant buds, ambrette seeds and vetiver roots. Its color, reminiscent of that perfect twilight moment, comes from carmine. Tasting Notes Bright, Floral, Musky. 40% ABV (80 Proof) No Sugar Added.
