Cozy

Slake 6th Anniversary Release Cozy is a Munich-Style Dunkel lager that we brewed in collaboration with Toronto's True History Brewing. It's our first ever collab with them. This is a delicious and cozy malt-forward amber lager with notes of crusty bread and caramel. Cozy's rich and complex flavour comes from a traditional decoction mash, along with a blend of differently kilned Munich malts, and a long and cold fermentation. We're really happy with the result. Prost!
