The Bolt features an abstract dimple-and-lightning-bolt design cast into the glass, an unmistakable pattern that throws dramatic, energetic light — a genuinely rare find, available cordless or plug-in. The story behind your lamp: Your one of a kind Glass Block was rescued from the old artist retreat at Hungry Creek in Puhoi, where they formed a dividing wall in a studio before the space was repurposed, originally cast in West Germany in the late '70s. Suits your space if: Your space has edge. The Bolt's dramatic, angular pattern sits naturally in industrial, brutalist, abstract, eclectic, and mid-century modern interiors. The lightning-bolt motif cast into solid glass is genuinely unlike anything else in our range — it suits spaces that are bold, confident, and not afraid of a statement. Made for you. Literally. Every Lumo Bloc is handcrafted in New Zealand when you order. Allow 1–2 days before dispatch. This one's being built for your space, not pulled from a shelf. Your order is reducing landfill.
