Meet The B-Side by Kobi Co., a flexible private event space in our downtown Minneapolis building, available as an upgrade to a Kobi Co. group workshop or experience. Perfect for corporate groups, celebrations, birthdays, and private gatherings that need room to spread out. We can discuss a table and seating arrangement that suits your group, subject to the room's approved occupancy, access and available furnishings. Introductory private-space upgrade: $150 Room fee only. Workshop fees are separate: candle making $55 per person (90 minutes); sugar scrub making $40 per person (60 minutes). Other private-event charges, if applicable, are quoted separately. How to request The B-Side View actual room photos and details. Send us your request with the preferred date and time, group size, chosen workshop and preferred room (The B-Side). We confirm room access, occupancy, availability and proposed layout before sending your booking and payment instructions. Advance approval required. This is a request-only room upgrade, not an instantly bookable event. Please do not attempt payment until Kobi Co. confirms your reservation. Photographs show the actual room before event setup; finished styling and furnishings vary by arrangement.
