Vaia and Aria DH Combo (10% Off)

The wait is finally over. EXT is proud to finally have a full long travel fork and shock suspension solution. the Vaia, is a dual-crown inverted DH fork, distinguished from all others in its class. This groundbreaking product breaks away from familiar suspension design and is packed with innovation and cutting-edge tech for the gravity focused MTB world. While the Vaia completes EXT’s DH lineup, it's thoughtful design and adaptability simultaneously lends itself to aggressive enduro bike and e-bike applications as well. With travel options from 170mm to 200mm, and the ability to change between 15mm and 20mm axles, the Vaia is both a powerful and versatile contender in the MTB market. CORE FEATURES Built entirely in 7075 and 7050 T6 alloy and Grade 5 Titanium Tapered 38.5 stanchion tubes optimize the strength to weight ratio, offered with our proprietary surface finish Floating bushing system design with an impressive overlap (240 mm around SAG position) with 200 mm travel, ensuring consistent sensitivity and torsional stiffness for riding precision while braking and cornering Adjustable high/low speed compression and rebound cartridge with low friction seals, high dynamic response valves and turbulent flow, assures performance in extreme working conditions HS3 air cartridge unit with 2 independent positive air chambers as well as an innovative negative chamber with a tunable volume design for increased sensitivity and adjustability Pressure release bleed buttons to release air on both fork legs Optimized inner volume design ensures maximum lubrication for sliding bushing system Unique double crown design offers 2 offsets, from 44 to 48 mm, enhancing personal adjustment on steering geometry without having to purchase additional crowns Available with interchangeable 20 mm and 15 mm Grade 5 Titanium wheel axles for both maximum stiffness and rigidity Dedicated stanchion protection with available bolt on fender Weight: 3195 gr (in 200 mm travel with 20 mm wheel axle, cut steerer tube, oil included) Fenders sold separately. Coming Soon! Aria DH What if an air shock could deliver the key characteristics riders traditionally look for in a coil shock? Do the characteristics we associate with one technology necessarily have to belong exclusively to it? EXT didn't think so and the Aria DH is the proof of that. The Aria DH is a comprehensive evolution of EXT’s air shock platform. EXT developed the Aria DH around air’s core strengths: precise control over the spring curve, allowing the support to be shaped around the rider and the bike, while minimizing the drawbacks of air shocks and providing the sensitivity coil shocks are known for. CORE FEATURES AS3 technology: the dual positive chamber featuring only 2 dynamic seals to separate the 3 different chambers. (EXT unique patented design) Positive chamber +/++ (low/high) with endless adjustment potential via 2 separate air valves to finetune the spring characteristics. Negative self-activating large volume chamber. NEW Redesigned Air Transfer System: A refined bypass between the positive and negative chambers creates a significantly smoother transition throughout the stroke, eliminating mid-stroke feedback. NEW Optimized Airflow: Airflow along the positive chamber’s inner tube has been revised to ensure predictable, linear behavior even under rapid compression and high-speed impacts. NEW Improved Seals & Friction Reduction: Optimized seal profiles and materials minimize friction to enhance sensitivity and maintain consistent performance. The upper bushing is now positioned internally and in direct contact with the damping oil, ensuring smoother movement across full travel. NEW Compact Architecture: A new vertical piggyback orientation and a reduced valve block footprint expand installation possibilities and frame clearance. Unique air seals design based on aerospace technology. 14 mm superlight weight internal shaft Large 28mm hydraulic main piston NEW Adjustable Hydraulic Bottom-Out Circuit (HBC) with larger effective range specific to DH use Proprietary “Super Finish” surface treatment on sliding parts Easy Tuning supported by EXT RideMaster online portal *All Shocks are custom built and tuned for specific bike, rider weight and riding style.
