Crymych, Pembrokeshire | Travel Poster

The rolling green fields give Crymych a tranquil rural mood, with small farms scattered beneath a sky of soft layered clouds, Its soft light and measured view give the place a quietly memorable character. Hedgerows divide the central slopes into broad fields, with a few white and red-roofed buildings dotted between them. Darker tree belts follow the contours, and low hills continue into the distance. The cloud bands stretch across a large blue sky, while the foreground fields rise gently towards the settlement. Crymych is shown here in its surroundings. For people familiar with Pembrokeshire's inland villages, the scattered buildings suggest the distance between farms and lanes. The open field pattern keeps the settlement in view without crowding the rising countryside. The familiar details make this view easy to place for anyone who has spent time in the area.
