WORKSHOP: 13/03/27 English Bread Making. English muffins, iced fingers, cottage loaf and pizza!

After many request and much deliberation, we can now finally present a day of English bread making. You will be making English Cottage Loaf, English Muffins and some good old English Iced Fingers. A ‘spiffing’ good day out for bakers of any level, all supported by a comprehensive theory as we work floury fingered through to day's end. Working in a companionable, supportive environment of like-minded souls determined to take back control of their food's provenance, you'll be leaving us with - in addition to all you bake and the recipes from the day - the knowledge, skills and confidence to bake for your family and friends back home. Breakfast, a delicious vegetarian lunch which we'll make ourselves, refreshments and all ingredients are included in the cost of each workshop.
