The New Grande 316 Stainless is our ultimate Grill, combining amazing looks, low maintenance and versatility. The Grande has two separate height-controlled cooking decks. Cook completely differently on each, or just use half for a smaller group. Pub kitchens, caterers, serious home cooks feeding a crowd, just keep topping up the ember maker with logs and cook for as long as you need. Built from 316 marine grade stainless steel, the same grade used in coastal architecture and professional kitchens. The addition of molybdenum gives it exceptional resistance to salt, heat, and the elements, requiring no maintenance outside even in coastal environments. Perfect for the professional kitchen too. We use non-directional finish on the stainless, which gives it a more matt, less chrome type look. Food can be prepped directly on the side tables too. Hand finishing by us takes a full day, so it is a Grill we are really proud of. It will subtly develop a heat patina around the ember maker over time. That's normal for any steel living with live fire, and it doesn't affect performance. Just clean it occasionally and it'll outlast almost everything else in your garden With 75% more cooking space than the Asado at 900mm × 440mm, there's room for a full spread.
