Baby Santoku Knife | Smoke
The Baby Santoku is a smaller, lighter version of the classic Santoku, with a thinner blade designed for precise prep work. Ideal for garlic, limes, ginger, tomatoes and strawberries, it offers quick, easy handling and excellent control, while still being capable of larger tasks such as trimming meat or deboning chicken. It can even double as a cheese knife for serving. The familiar Santoku silhouette is given extra blade width for comfortable finger placement, paired with a signature Nomi bio-resin handle, partly made from vegetable scraps. The core steel is hardened to 62 HRC for long-lasting edge retention, finished with a light sandblast and engraved nomi logo. Like all nomi knives, it is assembled by hand in a small studio in Stockholm.
